Life is full of challenges that sometimes can be overwhelming. I bring over 3 decades of experience in helping people find the solutions to those challenges. My role as a therapist is to bring understanding and perspective to help individuals, couples and families improve their quality of life.
My clinical philosophy is rooted in a person-centered approach that seeks to thoroughly understand a person's life perspective and what meaningful change means. This helps highlight both the factors obstructing life satisfaction as well as the framework for change.
